David also enjoys hanging "ote" with his cat, Hobbes, working on his washboard stomach, throwing sharks out the window and taking baths.

I met this Crazy Canuck while he was in Daytona for Speedweeks. We hired him to do an ongoing mural during all the races depicting the winners of each race in Daytona. Here's some pictures of the process, and the final product. And how much Jimmie Johnson loved it.

David's "thing" is called the Live Mural Experience, or LMX, and it is a real crowd pleaser. I became quite obsessed with his work, and I hope we can hire him to paint every non-porous surface in Daytona Beach.

When Jimmie's car was inducted into DAYTONA USA after he won the Daytona 500, he checked out the mural and totally loved it. He signed it right on the trophy. SO sweet.


Talk about a beautiful piece of artwork. It now hangs proudly in the lobby of DAYTONA USA.
