I Suprise Even Myself

I branched out my repertoire of creole cooking tonight.

There was some kick-A looking andouille sausage at the grocery store last week, and I decided to bypass jambalaya this time, and move onto bigger things.

I tried my hand tonight at Gumbo.
Let me tell you.

I succeeded.
